The city was awarded the FUN ParkGrant through Arkansas Parks and Tourism. The project included new playground equipment with ADA accessibility, pavilion, baseball backstop, with ADA sidewalk connections to the ADA Parking at the Community Center in McCaskill.

The Franks Engineering team has designed several park projects. Projects include installing playground equipment, pavilions with picnic tables, basketball courts, hanicap accessible parking, and ADA concrete sidewalks. Funding for park projects have been recieved through Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism, and Texas Parks & Wildlife Small Community Grant Program.
