Open Positions
Engineering/CAD Technician
A.L. Franks Engineering is seeking candidates for a position as an Engineering/CAD Technician located in our Texarkana or El Dorado office. The preferred candidate should have 2 or more years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, or related programs, and experience in water distribution, wastewater collection and civil site design. Preferred candidate will assist with development of plans and collaborate with the project engineer concerning design. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, have the ability to communicate effectively and have a willingness to take direction.
Salary will be determined based upon years of experience and current skill set. A.L. Franks Engineering assists employees in providing further technical training to improve skillsets needed to allow employees grow and succeed within the company. A.L. Professional Civil Engineer
A.L. Franks Engineering is seeking candidates for a position as a Professional Civil Design Engineer located in our Texarkana or El Dorado office. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, be licensed in or have the ability to become licensed in the states of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas with a minimum of 3 or more years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, public works project design; including water, wastewater, transportation, and drainage, the ability to work in teams and multi-task, and have experience in permitting. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, have the ability to communicate effectively and have a willingness to take direction.
