A. L. Franks Engineering has completed many projects in Water, Wastewater, Streets, Sidewalks, and Parks.

Water Projects

The team has designed several water treatment, water storage and distribution system projects.

Wastewater Projects

The team has designed several WWTP improvements, lift station rehab, and sewer collection system improvement projects.

Sidewalk Projects

The team has designed several sidewalk improvement projects including downtown city areas, schools districts, and in residential areas.

Street Projects

The team has designed several street improvement projects including new streets for developments, re-constructed roadways, and overlaid streets.

Park Projects

The team has designed several park improvement projects through Arkansas Parks and Tourism with the FUN Park and Matching Grant programs.

Franks Engineering has experience with locally funded projects as well as state and federal agency funding for client projects such as Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC), State and State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) Funding, USDA-Rural Development, Texas Water Development Board , Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Arkansas Parks and Tourism, Arkansas Highway Department (ARDOT), and Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT).
